I cannot praise the guys at SOS enough- we had a horrible outside drain blockage which was worse than we thought- the guys really went to work on it using everything- even when I thought this might be a challenge or possibly unfixable- they managed to get the rubber cone off and get more access. It needed further drainage cleared from a main drain at neighbours. But ultimately a job well done. Appreciated greatly Tom and family team.

A blocked drain caused a nightmare during a bank holiday. Another plumber tried to sort the problem but gave up. Tom came out within an hour of calling and sorted the problem that afternoon. Really professional service. Tom took the time to explain everything to my elderly parents. Turned a nightmare into a routine job. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Kevin and Tom arrived and got to work on our cellar drain that had been blocked for many years. They used a combination of camera and jet to flush the years of dirt and silt plus what looked to be like sanitary pads from a flood many years ago. A perfect service. I’m getting them back to sort another drain at the back of our house.
