Yorkshire Water

This week we teamed up with an engineer from Yorkshire Water to deal with a blocked drain in Bradford.

The drains on the property had been running freely for 15 years and suddenly started to block up. We discovered that a previous owner had managed to get a drain rod stuck in the soil-pipe that exited the property.

Together we were able to remove the lodged drain rod from the pipe to the owner’s delight. It’s always interesting to find out how other drainage engineers approach challenging situations.
