Drain Clearance at a local golf club. Anyone for 9 holes?
This week we were contacted by a local golf club in Halifax to attempt to clear the drains.
After clearing the initial blockage, which we found to be a HUGE clump of tree roots, we decided to carry out a CCTV survey to see if the roots had damaged the pipe further downstream.
Not only had the roots taken hold of the pipe causing it to collapse, but someone had attempted to clear a previous blockage using drain rods and managed to get them stuck in the pipe itself. We strongly advise leaving drain clearance to the professionals. Although you might think you can clear the blockage yourself, it can lead to costly and time-consuming mistakes.
